Trouble replacing Davey pump bearing

I'm trying to replace the bearing on a Davey solar pump.

As you can see in the photo I've got the impeller off but can't get this cover off to access the bearing. I've tried tapping it out from behind thought the wiring hole but it won't budge. Is there a trick to removing this plate? I've removed all the screws on the body of the pump

I don't know the model of pump as the sticker is long gone but I know it's a Davey pump and has "Sunbather Solar Prime" written on it

There should be "through bolts" under the cooling fan that need to be removed.
