Trouble reaching Marina - is there another go to vendor?

I emailed Marina based on recommendations here and got a super quick initial reply. I looked over everything and had pretty much decided on the Active 30/S300. I’ve emailed back now twice and have left a couple voice mails but cant get a hold of anyone.

Who’s another go to supplier for the Dolphin cleaners?
 
Marina will provide the best price and has been used by many here. They are usually very busy and take a while to get back with you. Be patient but persistent. Call and email every day or two.
 
FWIW, pretty much everybody says it was hard to get through. They also all come back raving that the wait and efforts were well worth it.
 
I swear, i’ve never had to work so hard to try and buy something from a company.

I called at noon Eastern, right when they opened. 3rd try i finally got someone live about 12:10, except the pool cleaner robot person was in the warehouse. I left my name and number with a nice lady for a callback to place a $1000 order. 7 hours later and crickets…….ugh.

received an email reply today and was also able to talk with her on the phone.

She said she hasnt had any s300/active 30s in stock but was expecting them in 2-4 weeks. Im on the list
