We have a 1 month old Jacuzzi hot tub, 400 Gal and are testing the water daily and cannot get the CC levels down below .8 and the FC levels seem to go down quick also. we use the hot tub daily, I guess the equivalent of 1.5 person/hours daily, three people use the hot tub daily, for about 30 minutes each. Currently the testing results of the water are.

We use the hot tub normally twice in the evening, two people earlier and one later. after the first soak with two, we will usually throw in about 2 oz. bleach and then a few hours later the third will use the hot tub, then after that person will put in 8 oz. bleach before its covered for the evening. this morning I tested the chlorine levels again and FC was .4 and CC was .8. this has been the the norm the last few days.
wondering if we need to increase the bleach in the evening or might there be something else going on.
