The "L" in the PS"L"4, stands for "Lite" as in I don't have all the features.. I'm really not up on that model, but I believe it does not allow for as many functions, or programs, that the normal EasyTouch has, plus it appears not to have a load center inside where all the circuit breakers get installed.
I suggest you do some more research before picking one of the "lite" versions..
