Tired 14 year old filter system needs attention....

Hello Pool People!

Pool is open after a long winter but my 14 year old plumbing system needs some attention. I'd like to keep the costs to a minimum replacing only the plumbing and necessary valves, keeping the filter (DE), pump and heater. The PVC I can source but the valves no longer seem to be in production.

Here's a picture of my current setup, chlorinator is laying down because I can no longer tighten the fitting without them "popping", the thread are worn down.

Any help with a list of parts and routing would be greatly appreciated

Yes, all o-rings properly installed.

Is this worth repairing or should I rip everything out and start from scratch? Keeping the filter pump and heater which are all functional.

I would only repair what is leaking. The rest of your system looks fine the way it is and all those unions and valves won't be cheap.

Supply house is a great online resource for all things plumbing. You will be able to find all the fittings and valves you need there.
