Don't wait for the SWG to take your FC up, use liquid chlorine at get it to the desired amount in one fast pour. The SWG works far too slowly to take you up before algae can take hold.
FC is still too low for a CYA of 40 (there are no halfways in the CYA, if it is over 30, it is 40)

You want to aim for 5-7 so when you lose some you still won't be below the bare minimum of 3. Remember the sun takes a certain toll daily even without swimmers in the pool.
