Tiny Neon Green Flecks in Pool Vacuum

Does anyone have any idea what these tiny neon green flecks are? I have seen them twice so far this season only in the poo vacuum. But not correlated to when we have swam or added chemicals. The skimmers and filter basket are completely clear. Water is clear, I am stumped! I did add 1 cup muriatic acid and 3 gallons CYA last night. I have seen them flecks before without adding chemicals though. This pool has been an ongoing 4yr construction nightmare so nothing would surprise me at this point.
Current chem levels:
Chlorine: Free- 8 Comb- .2
PH: 7.4
TA: 90
CH: 80
CYA: 35
Salt: 3100

Could it be a pool toy or pool noodle breaking down and settling on the bottom, hence not making it to the skimmer?

It just really stuck out to me as an exact color match. May not be the culprit- awaiting op’s investigation….
I know that i have a no noodle rule in my pool - their debris drives me batty!

Ha good eye, I wish it was that easy! That background item that color matches is a large plastic kids picnic table, that I can assure you has not been in the pool.
I originally thought pool noodle as well or possibly the boogie boards that we let our kids use in there. But none of them are that bright green color, We just have blue pool noodles and boogie boards.
I will keep an eye out for anything that they play with that has that color in it though to see if I can find the culprit!

The good news is that I have never seen any pool components that color so it’s unlikely its a deteriorating part or something.
Maybe flaking paint from something or as you said, some random toy or foam object. With kids who knows
