So I thought it was the threads, got some rectorseal and fired up the vacuum and it’s still leaking. I took a photo and pointed to the exact spot it’s leaking with the end of the razor blade in the attached photo.

Can I put silicone or anything there or can that piece be removed and re sealed or need to replace pump?

Thanks,

Donnie

Should be concerned with these bubbles in the pump basket?

No bubbles coming out of any returns.

O-ring super clean/well lubricated.

Everything runs great and stable I just have not been able to get that basket to purge or find the source of air.

No sir.

Only because on Tuesday we are re plumbing the entire pad, adding an IC60, heater bypass, multi port valve and check valve. I’m also going to move the booster pump at that point to create a bit more space and get everything running as efficiently as possible.

Also just had a robot vacuum show up in the mail so for the time being I really don’t need the port. When booster isn’t on with the goop I put on it, it’s holding well so I’m shooting to just do everything on Tuesday afternoon.
