Timming for adding Salt PLUS Liquid Chlorine

We have had horrible rains here in Central TX leading me to have to drain water off an overflowing pool several times.

I now have BOTH low salt and low chlorine along with low CYA . My question is how long do I have to wait after adding salt into the pool to do I wait before adding liquid chlorine ? ( I have already added the salt about an hour ago ) Also how long do I need to wait after adding the chlorine to start the sock method of adding CYA .
