Time resetting Pentair

I have a 4 year old Pentair EC-342001 SuperFlo VS. Recently I've noticed its clock loses 3 or 4 hours for no reason. I notice it because my SWG said no flow, and sure enough the pump wasn't on. The pump runs from 7am to 6pm. I set the time a few days ago and same happened today. The SWG is on a separate timer that is always "on time". No power outages. Any clues? Internal clock battery?

Just to verify - does your VS pump receive continuous power (not on an external timer)?
Does it share a CB with the SWG?
