Tile on fiberglass pools

We are in Massachusetts and are interested in having mosaic waterline tile installed on our (already installed) fiberglass pool. We are having trouble finding anyone who will take on the project since there are WAY more gunite installers in our area than fiberglass. If anyone has any leads in the New England Area, we would love a connection!
