Much of the color in glass tile comes from the backing. If there is nothing coating the tile, water may have seeped between the glass and backing.
I have the same issue on my glass tile. My tile looks almost the same as yours. The discoloration is under the glass tiles and cannot be cleaned from the surface. Were you able to find a solution. We are unfortunately now looking at having to replace our tile. Not sure if this is a common issue with glass tile?
