I re-opened my pool yesterday and I am noticing some spots in the concete are more crackers, and some rocks on the edging are outright broken, including some pieces in the skimmer.
The more I inspect the more I feel like the front-left side (closest to the pump) is 'lower' than it was last year. I am curious if this might have something to do with un-escapable hydro pressure from lowering the water, and if so if there is an easy fix to release the pressure, more routinely?

We're talking about just not closing the pool next winter, and instead paying to heat it, but I am still concerned about issues. I plan to tear it our and completely rebuild it within a few years, but hoping to delay that large project if possible.

Post pics of your pool.

Your water line is a big level. How does your water line differ around the pool?

It is more likely the ground shifted then any hydro pressure. A vinyl liner pool is a big bag with water in the ground. There is no solid structure to put pressure on. The pool will move with the ground.
