My 15 year old {Hayward C5000?) filter just recently started leaking at a point between the upper and lower body parts. I got a replacement O-ring, cleaned upper and lower mating surfaces and installed new O-ring but it still leaks in the same place on the body and rotating upper does not help, Figure that I have a crack somewhere on the body even though I can't see any faults. If I need to replace, are there any recommendations for a ~ 525 sq ft cartridge filter. Hopefully I am not overlooking something obvious regarding leak.
