Hi everyone! Over the next month I will bother you mercilessly with questions as we set up our 22' round Intex XTR. I've always dreamed of a pool, but this is our first! We will be pouring a concrete pad with rebar and we're trying to decide between foam mats and foam board. (I have no idea how to calculate how much of it we would need.) I think I've read that gorilla tape on either option is the way to go. Then we'll put the "pad" that comes with the kit over top and put the pool on that. So questions:
1) foam mats or foam board and why?
1a) if foam board - thickness?
2) Do we need to put anything under the pool legs?
3) What's the one thing I need to know during this planning phase?
