I found this site in March 2020 while researching about IG installs. Because of this site we were able to form a good knowledge base of what to ask PB during interviews. The most important things we learned from this site was to stay on top of contractors and ask questions if something didn't look right during the process. Don't allow the process to proceed if it appears wrong and would be difficult to change. If we hadn't the knowledge from this site our pool build would not have gone as smooth as it did, and there were still issues but we were able to remedy the problem. We did go with one of the larger and older PB in this area, it was difficult choosing because when we check the contractor registers website(or whatever it's called) there were more than 200 builders with licenses to build pools.
Reading my thread you will see we have the in-floor cleaners and they are working well for us, my husband insisted on it and loves the results. Note we have desert vegetation, so no flowering trees, bushes or flowers :( and our neighbors have very little vegetation in their yards as well. It could also help that we have these horribly ugly block walls, if there are any ideas about what to do with the walls besides painting(done that), let me know. thanks.

If you could post some pictures of what you have to work with, I'm sure that some of our landscape (Pool Paradise) experts can come up with some suggestions for you.
:)
