Those are two different sources. The recommended levels in TFP were updated this winter. The documentation from TFTestkits has not caught up. And if you have an older TF100, that document is out of date.
 
Yes. The app is a TFP product. So it matches the updated data seen on the link I provided.
 
My CYA right now is 85 in a plaster pool with Chlorine. Do I need to remove water to get to 55-60. The test kit chart had 90 being in range as does leslies. I know you guys hate them.

I dont want algae again though and understand CYA can lock chlorine. I dont want to run a 6 chlorine either.
 
For a non-SWCG pool CYA is best to be at 60 ppm or lower.
You can maintain your pool with a 90 ppm CYA, but it can be a challenge. The target range FC for that CYA is 10-12 ppm. Maintain your FC in that range.
