TF-100 Reagents' Life Expectancy

Using TF-100 for several years now, with refills occasionally. Recently, in trying to test chlorine, no amount of drops will turn the water from pink to clear. Do both the R-0003 and R-0870 eventually expire?

Taylor and TFTestkits.net guarantee them for a year.

Pretty sure, tftestkits, extends it to 18 months.

Do I have some older than that which I still use? .... yup, and still seem fine.
Although 870 or 0003 never last that long.
