Hi all, after adding the R-0871 solution using the magnetic stirrer I notice after the solution turns to white if I wait a minute or so the solution starts to turn a little pink. Should I add more solution and record results or is the first time it turns to white my FC level? Thanks for any tips!

No... it is normal for it to go pink again.. just use the initial number of drops.

Once it turns white/clear you are done. Go directly to the CC measurement step after the FC is clear.
