Texas Rec TRC Float repair

Got a few little tears in these reduculously expensive vinyl Floats.

I know this stuff is supposed to be the best to repair it, but everybody on the planet is sold out. Can’t even find it on secondary market like amazon or eBay.

one would think that there is something that is sold at AC Moore or Michaels, etc . That would do the job.
Anybody have any suggestions , other than this stuff ?
