Test results _chemical amounts to add

Here are my test results can you advise please.

I read about putting stabilizer in the sock in front of return and run pump for 24 hrs. My pump manual says not to run no more than 12 hrs. per day.

Use PoolMath to calculate additions & yes use the sock method - target 30 ppm cya to start
If i recall those pumps can be set to run all the time or using the timer . You may need to turn it back on if all the time isn’t a setting .

Get the stabilizer/cya going now & assume its there - squeeze the sock - it will dissolve more quickly
you can add the target chlorine amount pretty much immediately.
Use liquid chlorine.
Let that mix about 15 minutes
Then add some baking soda to get that ta up to at least 60

While the CYA is dissolving in the sock, get some chlorine in there pronto. I would target 6ppm FC if your plan is to put in 30ppm worth of CYA.

Don't wait, ADD CHLORINE NOW!!!
