TH (total hardness) is usually a test strip result and not very reliable. CH (calcium hardness) is a drops based test and far more dependable.Why is my TH acting funny, is it because my TC is too high.

You first report a CH result and then a TH result....how are you testing?
Now, to answer your question, Your chlorine is completely unrelated.
