I don't why I didn't click to this earlier. But every time I have to top off the water in our pool, the Alkalinity jumps up. So today I tested our house tap water and the result was 220 ppm using two different test kits to verify results. So, if that is normal, then I guess that you just accept that you are going to have to bring the Alkalinity back down each time you top off the pool. Any thoughts?

Thanks in advance,
Paul

Exactly. :goodjob: Be glad you aren't up north around Indiana and such where they often times have a TA over 400.
