I am getting this error, but can't find anything on how to troubleshoot it. I downloaded Hayward's troubleshooting guide, but this is not in it, and the only other post I saw here was one that pointed the member back to the Hayward guides. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thx

Sorry, guess I should have said that. It is a Hayward Turbocell-15 on an omnilogic system. I am guessing it is about 4 years oldIMG_0338.JPG

Try turning off power to the whole box for a few minutes and then restore power and recheck the readings.

Go to chlorinator diagnostics and reverse polarity to see what that shows for voltage and current.

I tried powering down and up several times. Even cleaned T-cell for 15 mins while pool off. Just looked at Diagnostics and shows 0 for voltage and amps and polarity is off 0 parts instant

The Pool Service Company just updated the firmware this past Friday, and not only does it throw this error, neither of the actuator valves are working when in spillover or spa. I gotta believe it's related. Too many coincidents

So, there are three fuses on the motherboard 2 are 4 amp and one 20 amp. The 4 amp above the 20 says xfmr pri, and it was blown. I replaced it and now it looks like there are amps and volts in the diagnostics. Should the instant salt read anything?IMG_0341.JPGFile Jul 28, 1 13 28 PM.png

I had the same symptoms, no voltage, no amperage, etc. but I had to replace the 20A T-Cell fuse. For anyone coming after me that has this problem and also has the Hayward WiFi (HWLAN) unit connected to their OmniLogic, like I do... After replacing the T-Cell 20A fuse, I found that I had to go through the initial configuration steps with the HWLAN and find my Access Point (Router/AP), enter the password, etc. The unit had completely lost those settings so I had no mobile app connectivity. Easy fix, once you know what the issue is, like most things!

I had a series of alerts concerning voltage and K1 K2 switches. First tried replacing the 20amp fuse and that worked for a bit and the voltage errors kept popping up. I replaced the salt cell and that also did not help. It was suggested here to check the 4amp fuse that I had not checked and sure enough that was very obviously blown. It was very difficult to find the fuse at the pool supply store or automotive store and finally had to buy a whole fuse kit for $35 at Ace hardware to get the 4. They are however available for $5 for 25 on Amazon and so are the 20s.

I also went back through the configuration and reset the new salt cell. After all this the system has no errors

Here are my reading before and after 20AMP fuse replacement, I will change 4AMP fuse tomorrow

Before Fuse replacement is the one with higher water temp
