Is there any way to adjust the salt measurement indication on a Hayward Aqua logic system....... My aqua logic says the salt level is 3600 but a more precise measurement says the level is between 3000 and 3200

No way to calibrate it. The SWG and tests are generally about +/- 400ppm accuracy.
Just make sure the SWG is happy and not reporting something way below the independent test result which could indicate a problem.
