SWG or circuit board?

So there were a lot of posts about this, but had a hard time deciphering a clear answer so I apologize if this is repetitive. Based on the readings below, is it possible to tell whether it is the salt cell generator or the circuit board? I visually inspected the back of the board and nothing looks burnt or out of place. Admittedly the plug on the saltwater generator has some plastic missing, but the contacts are all still there and has been working this way for many years. T-15 Salt cell is 12 years old in a 60,000 L pool.

How do I find a place in the southwest Ontario to get a salt cell tested as well? Their website only seems to find American locations.

If it is indeed the sell, are there more cost-effective replacements both in brand or in size if a smaller one can handle my pool?

Your cell is probably depleted after 12 years.

A T-15 cell is the best size for your 60,000L/16,000 gallon pool.

I recommend Hayward cells. Others have mixed experiences with cells from other manufacturers.
