SWG no flow

Hi I have an AquaPure SWG with an no flow error. The wires that connect from the unit to the board are burnt. Would that be the board or the SWG itself? Is there a way to test it?

No the cell itself is not running. I’m trying to figure out if it’s the PIB or the cell. I have an aftermarket cell and it’s under warranty. The wires ending at the board are burnt. What should the voltage be coming out the board to go to the cell?

The cell isn't running because it doesn't detect flow. You will not see any voltage to the cell while in this state. That doesn't really look like burning to me more like just discoloration. I don't see any melting of the plastic housing.
