Many of the smaller systems need 100% runtime to produce enough FC and plenty more that need to be supplemented with liquid in peak demand times.

Thank you, Newdude! I guess the 7 hours I'm running it just isn't enough. Intex doesn't give you settings other than time, so I guess I will ramp that up to always ON and see how it goes for a few days.

It doesn’t seem like you need much more runtime. You are adding about 4ppm every 3 or so days so you are really only losing a little over 1FC a day and playing catch up a few days later. 12 hour runtime will probably be plenty for now, Give it a go and adjust further after you see how it does for a few days.

Going forward keep an eye on those trends. We all need to tweak it up/down every 4-6 weeks during the season. Up-up-up-up, down-down-down, close pool.

the plates on those intex SWGs will go bad, I replaced mine a couple times until the thing finally died for good this year.
