Sundance Maxxus Hot Tub Pump Issue

We have a 2001 Sundance 880 Maxxus.
It has 3 pumps.
One day out of the blue Pump #2 stopped working. I can hear the relay click but that is it.
I have changed out the motherboard- not the issue- works exactly the same.
Changed out the pumps for brand new ones- once again Pump 1 (two speed) and Pump 3 (single speed) is running fine but Pump #2 has the same issue.

HOW can I figure out what is wrong?

I'd say t92 relay or f2 fuse. Or damaged wiring.
Post a pic of the circuit board.
Do you have a multimeter?
