Suggestions on spillway repair

Does anyone have suggestions on how to fix the cracks in the top of the spillway? I’ve read and some people suggested ez patch 4fs or an epoxy resin. Is this correct?

I have used plain DAP clear silicone. works great. Can sprinkle some light sand on it if you want color match.
You can also purchase grout in various colors. HD has about 20 variations - about $15 a tube.
