What can I use besides $150 bucket of preparate from family leaisure to open my salt water pool

If you have been accustomed to using the preperate product from Family Leisure, that is basically one part of the perma salt system. As such, that (perma salt) is something we do not recommend here at TFP as it tends to add and require a copper level in the water which is never good. Do a quick perma salt search here on the forum and you'll see tons of explanations in depth. That might not be the exact answer you were looking for, but we simply do not endorse perma salt at TFP.
Instead, we would recommend sanitizing your water with chlorine - either manually (liquid form) or with a salt water generator (SWG). Either way you can be sure to maintain clear/sanitized water when balanced properly.
As always, be sure you are testing your own water with either a TF-Series (or Taylor K-2006C) test kit for best results. If you have any more questions about the perma salt system or TFP processes, please let us know.
