I use Taylor's cya reagent. I just bought a new bottle. The cya is also new. When I first added cya, it went up. It has not since. The first 2lbs was broadcast in the pool. The next addition of 1lb was done in a sock in the skimmer, as was the next 10oz.
I went through this process a few times last year and all was fine. I'm not doing anything different. Combined chlorine is still 1ppm and I'm blowing through chlorine, so something is wrong.
