Struggling with Ph and Alkalinity

Hello I have a 12000 gallon I ground pool with a new Hayward VS variable speed pump. I am struggling with my chemistry since new pump put in. My Ph running approximately 7.3ish ( manual testing kit) and alkalinity high at around 180-200 ( test strips) . I was using a pool company to test and suggest but not working and costing more than necessary. Any suggestions as I am not sure what to do.
Thank you

Sadly test strips are not trusted. You need a proper test kit. If you live near the US border, order a TF100 from TFTestkits.net or a Taylor K2006C and have it shipped to a mail drop in the US. Then drive over and get it.

The TA is not an issue for you. Just keep pH in the 7's.
