Yesterday a client called me for the problem he encountered in his swimming pool.
he told me the tile surface has become rough.he was using cal-hypo and before getting to his pool I was thinking that might be a Calcium buildup
but when I got there I noticed colorless thing that gave me feeling like a sandpaper sticking to the tiles .
The pool is an indoor one.the PH was 8.2 and the water was warm
What do you think that might be?
