Strange Error on Jandy Salt Cell

My dads pool was low on chlorine and when he went to check the salt cell, it had some strange error on the display.
When I searched online, I see error codes are numbers but as you see in the picture below they are not full numbers. The unit is 4 months old.

Anybody know what these hieroglyphics mean?

Definitely doing that as soon as they open on Monday, thanks! I was just trying to figure out if there's anything that I could help him do now rather than having to buy liquid chlorine in the meantime.

Maybe a defective circuit board.

R0467400 User Interface Board

R0467600 Power Interface Board Assembly.

Maybe a bad ribbon cable between the User Interface board and the Power Interface Board assembly or maybe a loose connection.

Check the connections.

Power down and reconnect all connectors to see if that solves the problem.

Christopher, I was looking around at the SWG pages and saw this one. What was the solution to your problem? It might help other viewers to see what the fix was.
