I had an umbrella (with A 500lb base!) fall over during a storm and crack a pipe at my equipment pad. It looks like 2 1/2 inch, but just wondering if I need anything special to fix it. Is it just regular schedule 40 PVC and purple primer & glue, or do I need something special? I’m guessing I should cut out the 45 and put a new piece in with couplings? Otherwise I need to get new fittings for the filter and heater. Any other thoughts? TIA.
