So for my pool and pool house we have a unique situation since we are out on acreage.
We are now in process of clearing 9 trees from the immediate area. The roots are being dug out and removed.
A trench is being dug to bring power out to the site via underground line.
This will help dictate where the corner of the Pool House will be.
The pool house will have a maintenance shed 10'x8' where I plan on having all the pool equipment located.
The pool will be a free form with a spa and ideally 10' deep.
The first PB I met with deals with Hayward and didnt try and push the newer robots as he said they cause more problems than not.
I explained that most of my house is connected to via apps and I would like to keep the trend going with the pool.
I do not want a diving board or fountain as the costs of those dont seem to be worth it when I can swap in more size in lieu.

The pics show the building I am going to have put in.. Red X are trees that have been removed. Blue splat is where the pool should be.. Dark Blue Dot is where the well will be located. Blue bar is the power line that will be installed.
Current status:
Trench for power has started to be dug.
Trees have been downed and roots are being dug up.
Electrician is on standby waiting.
Concrete contractor is on standby waiting to build the slab. I will have him setup the slab and then bring out the plumber.. Ideally the PB will have been decided by then and they can setup their plumbing so the slab can come in.
Well should be here in June which will grant me 0 water bills so that's a plus!

If you have any tips or ideas, I am open to any insights. Seriously so frustrated with the PBs I have met that I keep feeling like just learning how to build a pool!
