Starting on getting pool water balanced

Testing my pool for the first time this year with the T-100 test kit. I have the following readings and am wondering which one to fix first? Pool is a little foggy.

FC - 8
CC - 0.5
pH - 7.3
TA - 140
CH - 375
CYA - 80
Borates - 20

Is there an order to complete these adjustments?
Is there a time to wait between adding chemicals?

Aerate to raise your pH. When it gets to 7.8, add acid to lower to 7.4. Repeat to lower TA.

Maintain the FC based on FC/CYA Levels

Should I also add Borax? Pool Math recommended adding 117 oz Borax.

No. Your pH will rise quickly with aeration. Your TA of 140 ppm will insure that.
