My slam process. Will keep updating.

7:15 am fc=3 , cc= 4. Added 2 gallons liquid chlorine.
10:00am. Fc = 18PPM
10:30 am. Added 2 gallons liquid chlorine
1:00 pm. fc= 29ppm. (Target slam=28ppm)
4:15 pm. Fc =18PPM ( loss 10 ppm in 3hours15 min.). Added 1 gallon chlorine.

Is this even possible ? To loose 10ppm in 3:15 minutes?

Ohhhh... I see now. Duh. You meant hours. Absolutely you can lose that!! If you have algae and the chlorine is chewing it up..... as you progress you'll find the FC remains longer in the water between doses.

Keep going... you are on the right track. You're using PoolMath to determine how much to use....right?

Very possible. The CC number indicates there is likely some ammonia-type contaminate in the pool that will eat up chlorine quite quickly.

If ammonia is there it would seem to be minimal as the chlorine is lasting hours (he typed minutes but he meant hours). Either way we all know the cure for ammonia is..... <dum dum DUM!> <---drumroll....... MORE CHLORINE!

Keep going, grasshopper! You're doing fine! ;)

If the pool isn't entirely clear of algae and water isn't sparkling... I'd not bother doing the OCLT. Why wake up early ? Wait until you suspect you're done, then do it. The OCLT verifies that you're done.
