Algae can be in clear water. Once algae takes hold in water normal levels of FC may keep it from blooming but are not enough to totally get rid of it.

Overnight test (6pm to 8am) was 4ppm to 4ppm.
It's getting time to shut it down anyways. I'll give it a good vacuum and jack the chlorine up before winter as I usually do.
