Stain on concrete pool

I have a round stain from what looks like a paint can on the bottom of my pool. Thus far I've just been living with it as my pool will be closing in the next few weeks and I'll be refinishing it next season. This is my first year with a pool and I've been learning a ton from here so I figured I'd lean on the experts here.

Any suggestions?

Try a crushed up vitamin c on the stain. If it works where you've set it, I'd try a spot treatment with ascorbic acid.

I would put it in a sock and set it on the stain with a stone or something to weigh it down.
