A contractor who was working on my retaining wall destroyed my sr smith frontier iii slide and they are out of production. Is there any place that may carry one even if it’s a refurb or open box?

I just shelled out $13k for a contractor to remove and replace a retaining wall and he caused around $21K in property damage. It took another $23k to get a wall and fix some of the other things that were busted up. The first contractor put a bucket through the slide.... the stands are and ladder are firmly set in concrete and i'm just looking for something that fits on the stands and ladder

no idea how old the slide is. I know the SR Smith Frontier III is discontinued though.
