Spider marks in plaster

Hello all,
We recently had a pool put in. We followed all instructions when the pool was first being filled
I am now noticing these spider like marks in my spa and they seem to be spreading to the wet deck.
I had the company come out and look, well worker. It went south. Can anyone advise, is this normal? I was told becauee the spa was filled last. Then was told a bunch of other stuff that made no sense.

Craze Cracks – Crazing is an excessive amount of surface shrinkage cracking which can result from an overly-wet plaster mix, from excessive calcium chloride set accelerator added to the mix, from the adding of excessive water while troweling, or from excessive drying of the plaster before the pool is filled. Crazing often leads to other problems including calcium nodules, staining, and provide a home to black algae. Excessive crazing may require replastering.

is probably correct. Because this was plastered when hot and most likely sunny, the surface dried prior to the pool being filled. The article Allen linked to explains it.

I would deem that excessive crazing.

Do I have a leg to stand on with fighting this. Yesterday a representative came by and said this is normal.
Today the owner will be appearing.

If the PB, or whomever, didn't tell you to fill the spa first then I would imagine you would. Ask the representative and/or owner if it would be okay if it was his spa/pool. I know I wouldn't go for that.
