I think a OCLT is called for, I did add plenty of water, but added chlorine to bring it back up, you would think the swg would of kept it up there... fc 4.5 cc 0 pH 7.6 ch 325 alk 75

You don't report your CYA but your other numbers are fine and would not indicate any reason for an OCLT. Does your pool look clear in the daytime?

I am going to say the dust from the thinset was causing the cloudy look, I put a skimmer sock in, and even though I can't see it in the pool water, the sock is collecting stuff..

When doing the OCLT test should the pump be running over night, it doesn't say in the test? Thanks

Yes it should just because it needs to have run for a while first thing in the morning to make sure everything is mixed up good. IF you can get up early enough to turn on the pump for about 30 mins and STILL not have the pool in the sun then you could leave it off overnight.
