I am looking to run a separate pump to run my therapy jets (12 total) and i was wondering if it is better to run it that way and only have the heat coming out of the in floor system or running 1 pump to have heat coming out of the therapy jets as well.

Usually it is better to run with a separate pump but sometimes it wont help. I suspect the issue is with weak jets?

But to help, I need a lot more information.

Flow rate requirements for each jet?

Pipe size to and from spa?

Single pipe runs to and from spa?

Distance from pump to spa?

12 jets is a lot to run off a single pump so unless they are very low flow jets, having a separate pump may not help much.
