Spa Pump/Jet Doesn't Start. No Noise

Hello TFP. You guys have been a tremendous help. I'm almost near the end of SLAM and water is clear. However my spa pump just broke, so here I am again .

A couple of days ago I cleaned the spa pump basket and put it back in, and all of a sudden the pump wouldn't turn on. It worked fine before this. It's not making any noise whatsoever.

• There is 240 voltage at the controller/circuit breaker
• There is 240 voltage at the motor (L1 & L2)
• I stuck my hand in the pump and was able to turn the impeller
• This pump isn't on a timer. There's a switch inside the house

Is there anything I need to check at this point or is the pump toast? If you guys have recommendation on a 1.5hp (or 1.65 SF hp) pump please let me know too.

First thing to check is the Pump Capacitors - Further Reading that is in the hump on the top of the motor.
