Spa mode overflows into pool.

Our spa mode setting for our pentair pool equipment has started to overflow into the pool. It used to not overflow into the pool. It looks like the valve may not be moving anymore? Does anyone have a suggestion? Would flipping the circuit breakers possibly reset the valve?

Your valve is in SERVICE mode with the SERVICE LED lit. The actuator will not move in SERVICE mode.

Press the MODE button and get the AUTO LED GREEN.

How old is your pool and the actuator.

The actuators are not well sealed and they get water in them.

Does the actuator move when you press the red or yellow arrow buttons?

If not, your actuator needs to be replaced.

Make a warranty claim with Pentair if it is under warranty and replace it.

The pool was completed in November of 2023. It’s brand new . The actuator does not move when we press buttons .

It should be under warranty.

Pentair should send you a new one.
