Spa looks like a bubble bath. Why?

So I came home from a 10 day vacation (during which my son was home and adding a 1/2 cup of bleach a day) to a very bubbly spa. Scummy looking bubbles so I shocked for two days. Used bright and Clear twice and rinsed my filters well.
Still have bubbles but they look clean white the water is clear.

When I tested this morning:
FC 11.5
CC 1.5
PH 8.0 (added 2Tbs muriatic acid)
TA 60


I have been using Clorox bleach with cloromax, which after my reading the forum today I realize I need to change that.

I want no bubbles how do I get rid of them? And since I have been using the wrong bleach do I need to empty my tub and start over anyway?

The Cloromax caused the bubbles.

They will go away with maintaining proper chlorination with plain bleach or liquid chlorine.
