Spa LED replacement

I have searched and can't seem to find out how to remove my burned out bulb in my spa and replace it. Do I need to drain the spa to remove it and does anyone know how to remove the intellibrite bulb. Thanks

I replaced my pool light with a color changing LED. All I did was take the screw out and pull the housing off. Take the bulb out and replace. The housing should have extra wire to pull out of the water. I purchased a new seal just in case. Make sure to turn off the power to ALL pool equipment before attempting.

There is not a simple bulb in it to replace.
