Spa equipment help

We are moving. We will lose the pool (hardly use it) but gain a bigger house (need that) and more land - 3 acres instead of 1.5. And an in-ground spa pool on an inclosed porch..
Since we really didn't use the pool we are undecided about the spa. Cheapest course for us is the pry it up (set in concrete) fill the hole, and smooth over. But maybe we could keep it? I (big ask) it's worth updating.
Here's a picture of the plumbing.I think I see, CCW from top right corner. the pump, a check valve. the filter housing, the chlorine/bromine dispenser, the air pump, the heater and a dirty filter. The second picture is the Spa Pool itself. Have I ID'ed the components correctly? Could anyone venture a guess as to whether it's worth putting $ into it? I'm gues 4-5 K$ for a complete new kit.

I am not a fan of spas that are inside, even if just a porch.. Everyone is different of course, but if I were buying your house, the spa would be on my removal list... If you did not really like your pool, what makes you think you will like the spa?

It's a pretty basic old style spa. None of the bells and whistles that $5k would bring in the used spa market. If the spaside controls are old and non-functional (common) you may need to put in a wireless remote control system as well.
I agree with @Jimrahbe about indoor spas, especially without a good cover and lift system or exhaust venting.
As for removing it, I would get a good tile blade for my circular saw and take the top off a few inches below the concrete. Drill some holes in the bottom and backfill with gravel and pour concrete to level. Cut and cap the old pipes.

Thanks guys! No controls I could see except timer on the outside wall. 90% likely the Spa will go. Just not certain when. We're only moving 7-8 miles further out. But priority is moving us, moving our zoo - dog, cats, horses & getting appliances situated (black reefer and oven out!), washer & dryer in. The porch has old indoor/outdoor carpeting, Lord knows how that'll clean up!
Thanks for the advice on cutting it out. Might be a handyman job.

That gives me flashbacks to the 1980's world of built-in fiberglass spas. My grandmother had one just like that and used it nearly every evening (under the stars even). That one had pneumatic buttons on the top deck - one for jets and one for bubbles with a small sound-insulated equipment shed 20' away. A lot of them just had a timer on the wall you cranked before you got in. Mice had chewed up the insulation under the tub and it was starting to stink as a result. The tub was cut up with a reciprocating saw, pieces hauled to the dump, and the hole filled and patched. Eventually a new portable hot tub took its place. Mice got to that tub as well.
